Is there a list of which members of staff actually married doctors? I remember one was made years ago, and it was surprisingly short.

Off the top of my head I can only remember:

Bernhilda (what was her surname and did she marry a doctor?)
Joey Bettany
Gillian Linton
Frieda Mensch
Biddy O'Ryan

There must be more.

Neither Gillian Linton nor Frieda Mensch married doctors - Gillian's husband was an artist, Peter Young, Frieda's, I think, was a banker. But Gisela Marani married Frieda's brother, Dr. Gottfried Mensch, though she never taught at the school.

Also:
Hilary Burn - married Dr. Graves (sorry, his first name escapes me)
Mary Burnett - married a doctor from Aberdeen - don't think we ever know his name.
and of course Madge Bettany herself - married Jem Russell

Nancy Chester marries a doctor from her training hospital (she's training as a nurse). No name is given.
