Hi my name is Laura. I have been lurking for a few months and reading loads in the SDL and I thought I should get around to registering. Then comes the hard part, saying hello!!!
I am 29 and live in Bedford but I am a Glasgow girl at heart

No SLOC at the moment. 2 adorable cats though who keep me in stitches at their antics

Favourite book is Richenda as I love the character of Rikki Fry and you get a sense of Con for the first time. My least favourite has to be prefects as the whole middles uprising is a bit odd.

I got into the chalet school when my mum gave me Jo for my ninth birthday. I gave all my books to jumble sales as a teenager and started collecting again about four years ago after finding Jo again in the bottom of a box

Sorry as you can see I do go on a bit. Lovely to be here.

Laurax

Welcome Laura. 'Prefects' doesn't enjoy much of a following on the CBB. There are some doubts about whether it was actually completely written by EBD.

Hello and welcome, glad to 'meet' you!

Where does the ladyjane come from ?

*wonders if Lady Jane Grey, slightly hopes Lady Jane from Lovejoy...*
