Hallo Lucy - it's nice to meet you. I have just got home after a stay in Derbyshire (near the scenic bits, which was nice!).

Are you anywhere near Bakewell? Becuase there is a Tiroler shop there which sells imported sausages and coffee from Austria ... sadly I have to report that my attempt to visit it on this trip was thwarted at every turn, so I remain in ignorance of its joyful Tirolean atmosphere ... I weep.

Anyway. Try and go and report back on it, if you can! To those of us without such joys relatively near, we can experience it vicariously!

How lovely to get so many welcomes, thank you, I may do a bit more contributing now - though progress on the 'reading everything referenced in the CS' project is slow, being as I'm on Dombey & Son.....
Near Bakewell, I wish, we are nearer to Birmingham!
But I am so pleased to find I am not the only adult still loving the CS world, and that the others are clearly lovely people, too.

You are certainly not alone, although that sounds a bit threatening, somehow! And we are all lovely people! I am not biased at all, naturally. I speak objectively with no personal interest in my view here.
