Hi, it was fun to find this place after first discovering the Sally Denny library. Been reading the Chalet School for years, too many to tell, lol, and have always felt sorry for Len.
Great fun to find that some share my views re Reg, and that Kathy and Nancy are an item.
I've recently sold most of my collection sadly as I am hopefully shortly moving to the USA to marry my girlfriend and just cannot take them with me.

PS...how do you set an avatar???

Nice to 'meet' you, and good luck with the move.

Go to user control panel, profile, click something like change avatar, then under local gallery choose display gallery. You have to choose something from there I think rather than uploading one of your own. Worth having a look at what people on threads you want to join in on use, as it can be confusing if two posters have the same, but obviously it's not always possible to be different.

Enjoy the CBB and glad you've enjoyed the SDL. :-)

Welcome to the CBB!

User control panel, then profile, and there should be an option on the left hand side to set an avatar.

Thanks again. Working long hours just now so can't be about much but finding the library fun to read.
I notice archives are sometimes mentioned ..is there a way to see them?
Also there's a site some of you mention that I'd like to join if its still going but when I try it tells me I got the test question answer wrong...anyone help me with that lol?

Which is the site with the test question problem?

If you go into the Stacie Benson forum, there are links to archives at the top, arranged by "house" - St Agnes for EBD-type stories, St Therese's for stories which are along CS lines but probably not the sort of thing EBD would have written, St Scholastika's for crossovers etc, St Mildred's for adult themes and St Clare's for mad/jokey/off the planet type things.
