Hi, may I join in?

Age (ish!): late 20s

Location (approximate - no actual address, please!): London

Favourite and least favourite books and characters:
Favourite book - haven't read them all (sadly!). Probably my favourite to date is Three Go. I also like The Wrong Chalet School.
Least favourite:... hmmm, I don't much go for the whole Swiss period. The New Chalet School, which was the first I read. Armada had done a real hack job with the cuts!
Favourite characters: Bride, Vi Lucy, Katharine Gordon, Tom Gay. I am a big fan of the Howells/island period, as you can tell!
Least favourite characters: Con Maynard, all of the 'triplets' friends' who just blur into one big characterless mass.

How you got into the Chalet School: Library sale Armada copies!

How you found the CBB: idle browsing.
