I realised today I STILL hadn't actually made it to the board to comment but I am planning to come for as much of the weekend as possible :-)

I keep meaning to comment as well. I'm hoping I'm available all weekend to come. It's in the diary!

I am unable to come :(
Milton Keynes is just too far away from Aberdeen, sadly.

I'm weighing up my options re how to get down to MK, and was wondering if there is a "no later than" time for Friday night arrivals. The train that I would have to get, if taking the train, would not get into the station until 22.39 - is that too late, or would some kind person still do a station run then?

If it is too late, I"m considering whether it would be worth driving down, so I'll still make it one way or another, but it's a bit of a trek.

Thanks. :D

Damn, I'm not going to be able to make it. I was going to splash out on train tickets etc, but now that my job's so unstable I'm trying to save money. :(

Unfortunately, don't think I can make it either, as work has helpfully arranged a training course for that weekend! :(

Another one who won't be able to make it, car defunct, train exorbitant and coach so complicated, not to mention slow, it makes my head hurt to think about it.

Please can anyone who's signed up with any sort of ambiguous 'which bit are you coming for' go and edit to make plans clear. I'm just after which meals you'll be eating so that I can plan numbers and cater for any dietary requirements.
At the moment I'm assuming that day girl means you will just be eating Saturday lunch so let me know if you are staying for dinner.
Thanks :)

I had hoped to make it but don't think I justify the expense at the moment. If I have an unexpected windfall before the cut-off date, I shall try but it's highly unlikely.

Awww! Thank you :)

I'm really hacked off about it - first time I've missed a Gather , but unfortunately some idiot decided that the Saturday was a good day to get married and that means we need everyone possible working. (If it had been the friday or the sunday I could have either come late or left early, but as it is I'm stuffed :( )

Will sulk muchly at not seeing you Vikki - not fair.

I've updated my details on the thread, but will add here - will be arrriving friday and there through to early sunday (7am ish) so all meals but sunday lunch please.

And someone else will need to look after the art/craft stuff as I won't be able to bring it back with me (and the tea towels which I promise I will remember to bring!)
