Does anyone have any good podcasts to recommend? I listen to quite a few already but am always looking for new ones!

I listen to "No Such Thing As A Fish" - the podcast by the QI Elves and "Transporter Room 3" which is a Star Trek podcast - this has some strong language and can be casually offensive in terms of various "isms" but the guys know their stuff and their gossip.

Thanks Victoria! I'm not bothered by strong language, but offensiveness, however "casual", is not for me!

Bit late to this one,

I love 'Fortunately' with Jane Garvey and Fi Glover. It's basically them having a chinwag with a guest about anything and everything. Guests have included Miriam Margoyles, Jeremy Vine, Richard Arnold, Suzanne Reid, the radio 4 continuity chap (whose name I cant remember).... all sorts of people. If you like clever, funny chat, it's a good one.

Jarvis Cocker's "Wireless NIghts' is excellent - he basically explores the night time and people that work during the night, or concepts about night time and what it means. So one ep he's with a tube driver on the underground, another he's with lorry drivers and hitchikers. Another one he goes clubbing in Berlin, and in another he's literally snowed in in a friends house.

Slow Radio was also really good - very short episodes about silence and meditation, and Short Cuts is a similar concept but on different themes.
