I'm not 100% sure that I believe the hair transplant story - although it worked for Wayne Rooney! - but that horrendous short haircut is traumatising me considerably. A hair transplant would have to look better than that! And it would explain why he had the horrendous haircut in the first place.

I think the clinic confirmed it via social media. Hope it works - or he does an Agassi and shave it all off!

Djokovic is involved in a pretty amazing match in the Australian Open at the moment...

I have totally forgiven Denis Istomin for causing me to have a meltdown at a railway station in June 2009 (Queen's-related trauma). Didn't see this one coming!

Yawn - I have been up at half 4 every day this week ...

Pretty amazing, wasn't it? This is the only time of year I get to watch much tennis - the matches are on at the right time of day for me so I've been watching our local tournament and now this. Will be interested to see how Istomin does in his next match.

Really pleased about this one! Many of you know I'm not particularly keen on Djokovic, so happy he's gone out...

I have to say that I admired him in defeat. And I liked that the two of them joked a few times during the match.

I didn't have the chance to watch the match today. It's just that he's never been my favourite player so I'm not sorry to see him knocked out.

Giant killers tend to lose in the next round...see Also Nadal' s shock loss to Rosol at Wimbledon (sorry Alison) a few years ago, as well as Federer and Novak last year as well. There probably are players that do win - there must be! - after such a big match but I can't think of any off the top of my head.

Novak's loss made my morning, I must say.

Pleased to see Dan Evans into the 3rd round as well as Jo Konta. Our Brits are doing well, on the whole.

No doubt the Maynards would love Stan's lime green and pink get-up, but it's a bit too much to take at 5 o'clock in the morning! I could live without the bright orange outfits that a lot of players are wearing, as well  .

At least Dan buying his own shirts means he's in plain white at the moment. Just hoping he can get the job done in straight sets...

Well done Rafa - that was hard work. Alexander Zverev one to watch in the future, though!

Yep, that was very stressful! And Sasha's brother Mischa plays Andy tomorrow: there are Zverevs everywhere!

It was meant to be a guaranteed Andy-Nole final. Someone forgot to read the script. Mad week!

Horrid from Andy. Horrid, horrid, horrid.

Jo is the last Brit standing!

Would like Rafa or a French player to win now.

I usually like Stan but wouldn't enjoy him having more slams than Andy.

Hoping for Tsonga now - always liked him, though sorry Dan didn't win ...

I'd love to see Roger get one more. Would be good to see Tsonga win too.
