Not a recipe but an Interesting observation

Since I started working on shifting some blubber (beginning of October) I've cut out wheat, potatoes (mostly) and am sparing with sugary stuff. Even with Christmas it's more or less staying off - about 10-12lb so far - though I want to shift some more.
The main thing though, is avoiding wheat (though not fanatically) and I'm pleased to find my long-standing IBS is much, much better. I don't have a gluten problem but am eating Nairn's gluten free oat flat breads - the ones that are flavoured with sea salt and rosemary, spread with cream cheese - whenever I might previously have eaten bread.
I started with the Zoe Harcombe diet and now I'm doing my own thing more or less, but in line with her suggestions. And I feel tons better.
