Is there a very simple explanation of how to create a profile? So far, I've been diverted from the board, searched in vain for a button marked 'Profile', and returned to my starting point several times. The fault will be mine - but help would be appreciated.

There is a Profile Template in Spot Supper, here that you can use to introduce yourself to us all ... or if you go to User control Panel - in the toffee-coloured band at the top; the last option on the right, there is a link to Profile in the panel on the left which enables you to choose an avatar, put in things about your interests, location and means of contacting you ... as much or as little as you wish

There are two sorts of profile:

1)The technical user profile with your username, signature etc. to edit this go to 'User control panel' in the brown bar along the top of the site and then use the links that appear on the left to edit.

2)The Board profile is just a post in the Spot Supper forum giving info about who you are and people can reply to that if they wish like any other post.
