Apologies if this has been covered before, I had a quick look but couldn't find anything.

I've read most of the Chalet School books in the past, but none of EBD's other work.

I want to do a big re-read, and am going to set up a blog with reviews of all the books and essays on themes etc. To add something new for me into the mix, I'd like to include the La Rochelle series in my read-through, partly so I'm not only re-reading but also to get some more context for the Lucys etc.

I expect there'll be some ambiguity around dates etc., but for those of you who have read both series, are you able to give an idea of where, timeline-wise, the La Rochelle books fit with the Chalet School books?

I don't think there's a list. However, most of them overlap with the early Tyrol books, based on Julie and Bride, Nita and Peggy, and Gerry and Grizel being around the same age, if that's any help.

There’s definitely a list somewhere as I’ve seen it but can’t seem to find it now. It includes the CS, CS short stories, La Rochelles and other connectors

Girls Gone By Press have just issued a list of all the books they have published. Part one is all the EBD books plus fill ins and includes a list of the La Rochelle books
