Were EBDs non CS books ever released in paperback apart from the GGBP paperbacks? If they were, were they abridged? I seem to remember there was a version of “Carnation of the Upper Fourth” released at some point that was absolutely butchered. I don’t know whether it was a paperback or not.

Abridged Carnation is hb. Don’t know of any other abridged hbs. Don’t think there were any pbs except Armadas which are all CS, and the Geog readers and Rosalie which were only ever pb. There were 4 Portuguese pb translations of early CS books, no idea if they were shortened in any way. I have one of them but can’t read Portuguese.
