Goodness! Agrees with Abi, hope they were nice sausages! Could well be a dance, Noreen :)

Thanks, emma - I have to admit that I prefer sausages to bacon, if it comes down to a choice between the two! :D

I loath bacon and usually get a lot of I don't believe you expressions when I tell people that! Or : 'But you are from Yorkshire, how can you not like bacon??'

Quite easily, presumably - it might be a bit different if you said you didn't like Yorkshire pudding, but even there, there must be some exceptions that prove the rule!

When I was a student I used to love watching the man on the pork butcher's stall in Norwich open-air market as he made sausages (probably now not allowed under Health & Safety rules). He worked at top speed, making long links of sausages from the minced meat that pumped out of a machine at a great rate, and never seemed to make a mistake or drop any, or even make them uneven sizes! They tasted good, too...food with entertainment value.

Yup, me too. Despite the long list of things on the pad next to me that I am supposed to be doing today....

I've just run out of energy after being at work all day and then going to the gym. I've made another long to-do list, but I haven't got the energy to do any of the things on it!

Oh dear I seem to have just bought another dolls house on ebay. My finger must have slipped on the Buy It Now button . I don't dare tell my daughter.

(The clincher was actually the seller offering to deliver it on her way to pick up another dolls house....)

Heehee! I'm sure it's a lovely one... I bought some christmas presents the other day. This was quite surprising.
